What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of chairclick.com and to the free competitive audit.

They are not the client agreement. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement covering scope, fees, term and termination. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement wins.

The free audit

The competitive audit is free, carries no obligation, and requires no access to any of your accounts. It is built entirely from publicly available Google data.

It is provided for information only. It reflects public data at the time we prepared it, and search results change constantly — so it is a snapshot, not a guarantee. Acting on it is your decision.

What we do not promise

Marketing outcomes depend on factors nobody controls — your market, your competitors, your pricing, your team, and Google's own systems.

• We do not guarantee rankings, call volume, new patients or revenue. Any agency that does is guessing.
• We publish no case studies or client results we have not measured. Figures we cite are our own and are stated as such.
• We are not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by Google. Google and Google product names are trademarks of Google LLC.

What you own

For clients: the ad account, the Business Profile, the domain and the data are yours from day one, and they stay yours. There is no buy-out and nothing is held hostage. Access can be revoked by you at any time, directly, without asking us.

The website build itself is ChairClick™ work product provided as part of an active engagement, and it retires when the engagement ends. Your domain and your content remain yours throughout.

Territory

We do not take clients in Menifee, Temecula or Moreno Valley. Those are the catchments of the dental practices we own and operate, and we will not market against our own practices or against you.

Using this site

Don't use this site unlawfully, don't attempt to break or overload it, and don't scrape or copy its content for republication. The site, its copy and its brand are ours.

Liability

This website and the free audit are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, ChairClick™ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the free audit.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
