Services

Everything a patient sees before they call — run as one system.

Ads without a good profile waste money. A good profile with a slow site leaks patients. A fast site with no tracking proves nothing. We run the whole funnel because the pieces only work together — the same way they run on our own three offices.

Google Business Profile

The storefront patients actually see first.

For a local practice, your profile is found before your website, your signage, and usually before your name. We treat it like the front door it is.

  • Weekly posts, every one with a branded image — a profile that visibly belongs to a practice that's awake.
  • Full optimisation pass at onboarding — categories, services, attributes, description, photos.
  • Verified on the live profile. We confirm posts actually appear on what patients see — not just in a dashboard log.
  • Public replies are drafted, you approve. Nothing goes out under your practice's name without your sign-off.

Google Ads

Campaigns built the way we build our own.

One campaign per service, per market — its own budget, its own geography, its own keywords. Emergency doesn't borrow from general dentistry, and one office never cannibalises another.

  • Full build and ongoing management — structure, ad copy, extensions, landing pages that match the ad.
  • Search-term mining and negative lists, maintained continuously — the unglamorous work that stops budget leaking to "dental assistant jobs".
  • Budget pacing watched daily, not discovered at month-end.
  • Your account, your billing. Spend goes from your card to Google. We manage; we never touch the money.
  • Every change gated. Material campaign changes are approved before they go live — an agency with unsupervised write access to your ad spend is exactly the thing that shouldn't exist.
Scope, in plain terms: a campaign covers one agreed service category in one geographic market. Your plan includes a set number of campaigns (see pricing); more are added explicitly at a published rate — never silently, never as a surprise line item.

Review management

The second thing every patient reads.

Rating and recency decide whether a patient calls you or the practice two miles away. We watch both, for every location.

  • Every location swept on a schedule — new reviews surfaced the day they land, not the month after.
  • Responses drafted for your approval — your voice, your policy. Some practices answer everything, some only five-stars; we implement yours.
  • Rating and pace reported monthly, against your market — not in isolation.
  • No patient details, ever. Responses never confirm someone is a patient or discuss treatment. Marketing stays on the marketing side of the line.

Competitive monitoring

Your whole radius, watched monthly.

Most practices discover a competitor is pulling ahead when the schedule thins. Ours discover it in a report, months earlier.

  • Every practice in your radius — rating, review count, pace — pulled from public Google data monthly.
  • Month-over-month deltas, so a competitor's push shows up as it happens.
  • The same sweep that powers your free audit — it just never stops running once you're a client.
Almost nobody bundles this into a flat monthly fee. We can, because we built the tooling for our own offices first.

Website & landing pages

Custom-built, and run as part of the service.

Built or rebuilt during onboarding, then hosted and maintained as part of every plan. Service pages, location pages, schema, mobile-first.

  • Your domain and your content are always yours — in writing. The site itself is a custom build we create and run as part of the service; if we part ways, it's retired, and your domain and content go with you at no charge.
  • Campaign landing pages that match the ad, because sending an implant click to a homepage is how budgets die.
  • Hosting, maintenance and content updates included in every plan.
  • No standalone builds. We only build sites for practices we manage — a site without the system behind it doesn't fill chairs, and we don't sell things that don't work.

Tracking & reporting

One report, written for an owner.

Not a 40-page PDF of impressions. What rang the phone, what it cost, what changed, what we're doing next — in language you'd use chairside.

  • GA4, call tracking and conversion actions installed properly at onboarding — correct tracking is our obligation, not an upsell.
  • Calls tracked and attributed, so "the ads aren't working" and "the ads work, the phone wasn't answered" stop being the same sentence.
  • A monthly report per location, plus a rollup for multi-location practices.
  • Daily verification. We check the live destination — profile, campaigns, site — every day, so a silent failure is our bad afternoon, not your lost month.

Published, on purpose

What we don't do — and why.

"We don't do that" said quickly builds more trust than a vague yes that becomes a missed promise in month two. Here's ours.

We don't sellBecause
Anything touching patient data We run marketing, not medical records. No PHI enters our systems — no exceptions for a client who offers to "sign something". Your patient data stays in your practice software, protected by the agreements you already have.
Email / SMS patient recall Recall is patient communication and belongs in your practice-management system, not in a marketing agency's hands.
Practice-management integration Plugging into your PMS means touching patient records. See above.
Instagram We manage Facebook pages well. We won't take money for a platform we can't currently operate to our own standard.
Yelp & Apple Maps management We concentrate where dental patients actually search and convert: Google. Focus is a feature.
Standalone websites A site without the profile, ads and tracking behind it doesn't fill chairs. We build sites as part of a system that does.

The free competitive audit is the same sweep we run for our own offices — every practice around you, ranked, with the gaps visible.
