What we collect, what we access on your Google accounts, and what we deliberately never touch.

Who we are
ChairClick™ is a dental marketing agency operating in California. We manage Google Business Profiles, Google Ads campaigns, websites and reporting on behalf of dental practices that engage us.

What the audit form collects
If you request a free competitive audit, the form asks for your practice name, your name, email address, phone number (optional), practice city and state, your practice website (optional), and anything you'd like us to look at.
We use it for one thing: to prepare and send your audit, and to follow up about it. Submissions are received and stored by Netlify, who host this site and process form submissions on our behalf.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.
This website
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. The only external resource it loads is Google Fonts, for typography.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
Google account access — clients only
This section describes what a client grants us when they hire us, and applies only to practices that have engaged ChairClick™.
To do the work, a client grants us access to accounts they own and continue to own. We request the minimum access each service needs:

We use this access only to deliver the services the client has engaged us for. Every write to a client's public profile is gated behind that client's explicit approval before publication.
We do not resell or sublicense API access. We do not aggregate or redistribute one client's data across clients. Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the services delivered to that client, and is not transferred to others except as required to provide those services or by law.
What we never touch
This is not an omission. It is a deliberate limit on what we will accept.
- Patient information of any kind. We do not handle protected health information, we have no Business Associate Agreement, and we will not accept PHI. Please do not send patient details to us in any form.
- Practice-management systems. We do not connect to your practice-management software.
- Payment or card details. Media spend is billed by Google directly to the client's own payment profile. We never hold a client's ad budget.
Keeping it, and getting rid of it
We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
A client can revoke our access to any of their Google accounts at any time, directly in their own account settings, without asking us. Access ends when the engagement ends.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at hello@chairclick.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, to delete, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for active clients, tell them directly.
