About ChairClick™
We didn't learn dentistry to sell marketing. We built marketing because we own practices.
ChairClick™ exists because we needed it first. Three dental offices in Southern California, competing in real markets against real competitors — and no agency we tried understood the difference between a lead and a patient in a chair. So we built the system ourselves, ran it until it worked, and then did the obvious thing: offered it to practices we don't compete with.
The difference
Operator-built, not agency-adapted.
We know what a no-show costs
Marketing agencies optimise for leads. Practice owners optimise for produced dentistry. Those are different jobs, and the gap between them — the front desk, the schedule, the insurance mix — is where most dental marketing quietly fails.
Our own money went first
Every campaign structure, every negative-keyword list, every review policy on our services page was paid for with our own ad budget and tested on our own practices before any client sees it.
Small, deliberately
We cap how many practices we take. Past a certain number, "your account manager" becomes a ticket queue — we've been on the receiving end of that as buyers, and we won't run it as sellers.
Operating principles
The rules that don't change for a deal.
These aren't marketing copy — they're the operating policies we run on, published so you can hold us to them.
You own everything. We hold access, never ownership.
| Asset | Owner | ChairClick holds |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads account | You — your billing | Manager access |
| Google Business Profile | You | Manager, never Owner |
| GA4 analytics | You | Editor |
| Domain & DNS | You | Delegated access |
| Website content — your text, your images | You | Publishing access |
| Website build & code | ChairClick — runs while you're a client | Retired on exit, never ransomed |
| Call tracking & call data | You | Operator access |
- Orderly handoff, not a hostage negotiation. If you leave, we hand over your domain, your content, your analytics history, the ad account with its history intact, and the call data — then remove our own access. The custom site we built is retired with the service; handing back your property is never a chargeable event, and nothing is ransomed.
- We never ask for a password. Every platform supports a proper access grant. A shared password is a security failure, and on a healthcare business's systems, an indefensible one.
- No patient data, full stop. We run marketing. Patient records, recall, anything clinical stays in your practice systems — we don't touch it, and we don't improvise exceptions for anyone.
- Nothing publishes without approval. Ad changes and public replies under your name are drafted, then approved by a human — every time.
- We verify the work happened. Daily checks against the live profile, the live campaigns, the live site — not against our own to-do list.
Where we work
One practice per territory. Three cities we'll never take.
Growth and Full System plans include territory protection, defined on an actual map in your agreement — because marketing two competing practices at once means throttling one of them, and that's not a service, it's a conflict.
- Exclusivity is written, not implied — an exact map, the services covered, and the terms that sustain it, in the agreement.
- We hold ourselves to the same rule. Our own practices compete in Menifee, Temecula and Moreno Valley — so we don't take clients there. Not at any price. An agency that would market against its own offices would market against yours too.
- Everywhere else in Southern California and beyond, the territory conversation starts with your map, not ours.
Straight answers
New agency. Old system.
ChairClick™ as an agency is new, and we don't dress that up. The system it sells is not — it's the one that has been running our own three offices, and it's the only thing we'd put our name on.
- No client case studies yet — we've never run this for a practice we don't own. That's what founding pricing is openly for: buying our first three publishable, real results.
- Published pricing, benchmarked contracts, a month-six exit — the structural substitutes for the track record we don't have yet. We'd rather be held to terms than take cover behind testimonials we could have invented.
- When results exist, you'll see them here — measured, attributed, and with the pull dates on them, the same standard we apply to your audit.
